About
Kim is an experienced litigator who assists her clients by identifying problems, providing sound legal advice, and crafting solutions. She focuses her practice on school and education law, as well as human services and personal injury defense. Kim has a proven track record of getting successful results in both State and Federal courts.
Kim is passionate about her local community. She has served on the Rescue Union School District Board of Directors for over a decade, including multiple years in the role of President. She is also a member of the El Dorado County School Board Association, the El Dorado County Schools Finance Authority, and a past member of the Oak Ridge High School Site Council and Boys Team Charity (with her two sons.)
