Mitchell Leverett has 30 years of litigation experience. His background encompasses the handling of a variety of liability claims through Trial, including wrongful death, automobile and truck accidents, slip and fall, medical malpractice, sexual assault, first amendment, construction law, construction defect, and various personal injury matters.

Mitch graduated from UC Irvine (Go Eaters!) in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Ecology with emphasis in Criminal Justice and Psychology and Human Behavior. He attended Law School at Western State University College of Law and received his JD Cum Laude in 1993. He is licensed to practice in both State and Federal Courts. He is also a certified rape crises counselor and served for several years as a Board Member and Past President of the Riverside Area Rape Crisis Center.

Mitch resides in Corona, California and is a proud papa to seven children. When he is not practicing law, he can usually be found at a local soccer field coaching a girl’s travel soccer team (Go Arsenal!) or at the local rink playing Ice Hockey.
