About
Nicole secured her Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1988. After spending several years with a general practice firm handling different types of civil matters, Nicole gravitated to dispute resolution of employment-related claims. She assisted employers by resolving claims against them through settlement or trial. She has also recouped money for her clients by subrogating against third party wrong-doers.
During her time away from work, Nicole enjoys her family, camping, swimming, reading and exploring the Northern California coast with her canine.
