About
Bryan L. Malone graduated from the University of Nevada-Reno (B.S. with distinction, 1986) and Pepperdine University School of Law (J.D. cum laude, 1989), and was admitted to the California Bar, U.S. District Court (Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts) and U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit in 1989. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada, DRI, and the Sacramento County Bar Association.
Mr. Malone’s areas of emphasis include medical/dental malpractice and other professional liability, human services, premises liability, including entertainment venues, and products liability. Mr. Malone also advises and represents health care providers in licensing matters, both administrative actions and civil litigation.
Away from the office, Bryan enjoys traveling to Europe, spending time in his garden, and spoiling dogs at every opportunity.
