About
Sean M. Speciale was admitted to practice law in 2013. His practice includes insurance defense, construction litigation, personal injury, and general civil litigation matters. Sean maintains an active practice representing and counseling clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including discovery, motions practice, hearings, mediation, arbitration, and trials. Sean’s construction law experience includes construction defects, mechanics lien and stop payment claims, and contract disputes.
Sean also has litigation experience representing public schools and other public entities in harassment, employment, and general liability cases. Additionally, he practiced in the energy industry by preparing oil, gas, and mineral title opinions. This practice included facilitating due diligence and review of assets in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio for mergers and acquisitions of private companies and publicly traded energy producers.
During time away from work, Sean enjoys spending time with family, hiking, golfing, and playing baseball.
